Day rental options can be added on to any retreat or reunion at the time of booking.
Stand-alone day rental options are available 90 days in advance only.
Musser Venue Rental
Lodge/Conference Room Rental*
- Half Day (5 hours) – $150
- Entire Day (up to 10 hours) – $275

Photography Sessions*
- Interior: $50 per hour – Musser mansion first floor (when available).
- Exterior: Free of charge, as long as there is not an event scheduled on the estate at that time, please call in advance for approval.
Tables & Chairs
- $2.00 per white folding chair (300 available)
- $12.00 per 60-inch round table (40 available)
- $10.00 per 8ft banquet table (5 available)
- $10.00 per 6 ft folding banquet table (5 available)

Bar Services
- Your choice of fully hosted, partially hosted or cash bar.

The nine-acre estate, including both grand homes, was used by the Musser family until the late 1980s. Now the estate operates as an event center and museum run by the nonprofit group, Friends of Linden Hill, Inc.
