Dr. Ames served as an intern for the Friends of Linden Hill in 2010 while studying for his master’s degree at Saint Cloud State University. Lakeland PBS’s Justin Othoudt highlights Linden Hill’s museum during the InFOCUS segment that aired on June 9th, 2023. The museum is housed in the Weyerhaeuser (green) mansion and features original family heirlooms that now serve as artifacts from a bygone era. Enjoy the beauty of the Linden Hill grounds at your own pace anytime Monday between 4-7pm or Tuesday between 5:30–10am.Choose your own path—literally. With a variety of route options ranging in distance and difficulty, you can keep it light or challenge yourself. Along the way, you’ll find gentle prompts and signage encouraging you to pause, stretch, and incorporate simple strength or mobility exercises if you’d like to go beyond just walking.This is a free, self-guided program—no instructor, no pressure, just an open invitation to move your body and enjoy the outdoors.
